Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your details: name, date of birth, phone number, home address, and insurance information you enter.
• What you need: the specialty, symptoms, and preferences you tell us so we can book the right appointment.
• Call records: recordings and transcripts of the calls our AI agent makes to clinics on your behalf, plus the outcome (booked, voicemail, declined, etc.).
• Payment info: handled by Apple (in-app purchases) or Stripe (web). We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to do the job you asked for: find clinics, make the calls, book your appointment, and show you what happened. We share the minimum a clinic needs — your name, date of birth, and insurance — when our agent calls them.

Who we share it with

• The clinics we call for you (only what they need to book the appointment).
• Service providers that make the product work: Retell (the voice/telephony that places calls), Supabase (secure data storage), Google (to find clinics and summarize calls), and Apple or Stripe (payments).

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never use your data to train AI models.
• We never make calls you didn't ask us to make.

AI calls & recordings

An AI voice makes the calls. We disclose this before any call goes out, and you can listen back to every recording in the app. Calls may be recorded for quality and so we can show you what was said — consistent with applicable call-recording laws.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile and insurance details in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, or for any privacy question, email privacy@calldoc.app.

Data retention & security

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to what's required to operate CallDoc.

Children

CallDoc isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
